Sulomas is a fully Malaysian owned international waste management company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with branches in Penang, Perak, Malaysia and Bangalore, India, founded in the year 2014.
The company’s core activities include:
Manufacturing of fabricated metal products, plastic containers, waste management systems.
Waste collection services for residential and commercial clients are currently carried out with the IPOH council, Perak, Malaysia.
Having setup an international branch to promote our products and services in India under the business name ECODIA Environ Pty Ltd now we are in Australia with a fully owned “Averi Polymers Pty Ltd”.
We have grown to become one of the leading producers in Malaysia for waste management products and services, with a revenue of over RM 32 million (~ USD 7 million).
We possess the suitable people, products, solutions, knowledge, expertise and most importantly, the industry experience to fulfil your needs.
Our consulting and project management team have the latest tools in our own manufacturing facility to manage projects effectively.
Milestone
2014
Sulomas was incorporated in April 2014.
2016
Sulomas established a manufacturing division dedicated to the production of steel and stainless-steel items, enhancing its capabilities in metal fabrication.
2017
SULOMAS has indeed achieved a significant milestone by being recognized as one of the TOP 10 FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES in the Malaysia SME 100 Awards. This prestigious award is a testament to the company’s robust growth, focusing on quantitative and qualitative criteria such as turnover, profit, market share, best practices, sustainability, and vision.
2018
Platinum Sponsor, SULOMAS supported the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) World Congress 2018.
2019
SULOMAS relocated to its own manufacturing centre in Nilai Malaysia, which has an area of at least 3 acres. Having two production plants (Steel & Stainless-Steel plant, and Polymer plant).
2020
MITI Manufacturing Licence (No.: A022366) granted to SULOMAS AND makes polymer products with plastic injection technology.
2021
SULOMAS continues to perform and grow steadily amid Covid-19 pandemic.
2022
The launch of our Ipoh branch for SULOMAS, our Waste Management Division that handles waste collection in the north of Malaysia.
We are also excited to introduce our India branch for SULOMAS, which will focus on the sales and marketing of our products (steel, stainless steel, polymer and cleaning equipment’s) in India.
2023
Pyrolysis project, which converts plastics and e-waste into high quality oil using an Australian patented technology from Plum Australia, has been launched in Perak, Malaysia. Slosa Energi Malaysia (a Sulomas company) acquired and transferred the technology and purchased a land area of 1.34 acres to construct a facility that can process over 600 tonnes of recycled plastics and e-waste every day.
2024
Sulomas acquires a third of Plum Environmental Ltd, an Australian company with all registered patents, led by John Sheers as the main scientist and inventor.
